Excellent customer service--they're very flexible and really pay attention to what you want, and go the extra mile to give it to you. If something's not perfect, they'll come back to fix it up and they're always looking for feedback and follow-ups.
I also really appreciate that their services are eco-friendly. Plus, they'll tackle any project, no matter how dirty--our landlord didn't clean our house at all before we moved in so we called EFMS in to dig us out of our grime-infested dustbowl and they did it, complete with toilet paper folded into points.
